Description
These ActivArmr® RIG316B high-voltage electrical gloves are engineered to deliver Class 3 protection while maintaining flexibility, comfort, and durability for demanding electrical tasks. Made of natural rubber latex through an eco-conscious dipping process, they offer a smooth finish for easy donning and doffing, non-splayed fingers to reduce hand fatigue, and a flared cuff for ventilation and compatibility with layered PPE. Designed to withstand touch voltages up to 26,500 V AC and certified for performance in very low temperatures, these gloves provide reliable insulation and ergonomic support for technicians working on energized equipment.
Key Features
Durable natural rubber latex: Offers strong flexibility and resistance to wear for long service life.
Non-splayed ergonomic fingers: Reduce hand strain and improve comfort when performing repetitive electrical tasks.
Smooth exterior finish: Allows quick donning and doffing, even in layered PPE configurations.
Flared ventilation cuff: Provides airflow and accommodates clothing or additional protective sleeves.
Flexible performance in cold conditions: Certified to maintain protective properties in very low temperatures.
Comfort-forward design: Hand-at-rest shaping improves mobility and reduces fatigue during extended work.
Intended Use
These gloves are intended for electricians, technicians, and maintenance workers who perform high-voltage tasks requiring certified Class 3 electrical protection. Their ergonomic construction supports long wear times during complex repairs, inspections, and operations near energized components.
Ideal for:
Electrical contracting and power distribution
Maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO)
Power generation and transmission work
Hybrid engine manufacturing or repair
Telecom work near energized wires
Mass transit repair and maintenance
Mining, industrial, and construction electrical tasks
