This certification is based on our employees’ evaluation through a comprehensive and confidential survey about their work experience at SPI Health and Safety.
To be eligible, the organization must have been certified Great Place to Work® in the last year and have a minimum of 90% of employees answering that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of gender. Great Place to Work® determined the best workplaces according to the overall Trust Index score given by the women interviewed.
