Blainville, March 8, 2023 – SPI was recognized by Great Place to Work® and is now part of the lists “Best Workplaces for Women” and “Best Workplaces Managed by Women”. This certification is based on our employees’ evaluation through a comprehensive and confidential survey about their work experience at SPI Health and Safety.
To be eligible, the organization must have been certified Great Place to Work® in the last year and have a minimum of 90% of employees answering that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of gender. Great Place to Work® determined the best workplaces according to the overall Trust Index score given by the women interviewed.
“We hope our employees can succeed at work and be happy at SPI regardless of genre. We are proud to receive this acknowledgment and take this opportunity to highlight the progress made in gender equality,” mentions Kim Levesque, President of SPI.
