Introducing the Ammonia and Methylamine Filter with 60924 3M™ Cartridge, NIOSH-approved for respiratory protection against ammonia, methylamine, and particles. Designed to be used with 3M™ Half Facepiece and Full Facepiece Respirators from the 6000, 7000, and FF-400 Series.
This ammonia and methylamine cartridge with P100 filter set is suitable for a variety of applications, including agriculture, chemical manufacturing, laboratories, and the food industry. The backward-leaning design enhances comfort and visibility. When properly fitted, it provides respiratory protection against ammonia, methylamine, and certain oil-based and non-oil-based particles at concentrations up to 10 times the permissible exposure limit with half-facepiece respirators or up to 50 times the permissible exposure limit with full-facepiece respirators. Full-facepiece respirators require a quantitative fit test to achieve a fit factor greater than 10 in negative pressure mode.
The 60924 3M™ Ammonia and Methylamine Filter is not intended for use in immediately life-threatening or health-hazardous environments (IDLH).
