The 37-1101-30iSW-CA model represents a complete Adflo powered air purifying respirator, accompanied by the Speedglas 9100MP welding helmet. This highly efficient system offers respiratory protection with an adjustable headgear for optimal comfort, stability, and weight distribution. The front-flap welding helmet is equipped with a clear and wide protective visor, ideal for grinding and preparation. Audible and visual alarms ensure increased safety by signaling low air flow and low battery charge.
The kit includes a long-lasting lithium-ion battery, a high-efficiency particulate filter, and a wide leather belt for enhanced comfort.
***The high-efficiency particulate filter is compatible with an optional 3M Adflo cartridge (not included), providing additional protection against organic vapors, sulfur dioxide, chlorine, and hydrogen chloride.***
The PAPR also includes a blower unit, a breathing tube, a flow indicator, a spark arrestor, a belt, filters, a filter cover, a lithium-ion battery, and a charger. Full face and eye protection are ensured by the safety helmet, welding screen, and a transparent face shield measuring 8" x 4.25". The large clear visor and shade 5 side windows enhance peripheral vision and environmental awareness.
Furthermore, the helmet is equipped with a 9100XXi Speedglas auto-darkening filter lens with a viewing window of 73 x 107 mm, offering adjustable shades of 5 and 8 to 13, and a light state of shade 3.
