    Description

Designed for visibility and protection in demanding industrial environments, this high-visibility coverall crafted from Tyvek® 500 HV fabric offers superior particle barrier performance while maintaining breathability and durability. This limited-use protective garment features a fluorescent orange base with silver retroreflective bands, ensuring Class 3 visibility even in low-light conditions. The Tyvek® material—made of flash-spun high-density polyethylene—delivers an inherent particle barrier that resists penetration down to 1.0 micron.

Engineered with a comfort-fit design, the suit provides excellent freedom of movement and reduced garment stress in high-tension areas. Elastic cuffs, ankles, and waist enhance overall containment, while the respirator-fit hood and storm flap zipper improve protection around critical zones. Suited for applications such as hazardous particle exposure, maintenance, cleanup, and high-visibility job sites, this coverall excels in keeping workers both seen and safe.

    Key Features

High-Visibility Design: Fluorescent orange fabric with retroreflective bands for Class 3 visibility under EN ISO 20471.

Advanced Particle Barrier: Inherent protection from particles ≥1 micron without films or coatings that can wear off.

Durable & Breathable: Tyvek® 500 HV offers superior abrasion resistance and flex-cracking durability for extended wear.

Comfort-Fit Construction: Tailored design allows a full range of motion while minimizing blowouts in high-stress zones.

Zipper with Storm Flap: Extra-long zipper for easy donning and doffing, complete with storm flap for better protection.

Elasticated Features: Wrists, ankles, face opening, and waist all include elastic closures for a secure seal.

Antistatic Treatment: Inside surface treated to reduce static buildup (EN 1149-5 compliant).

Non-Flammable Environment Use: Rated Class 1 under 16 CFR 1610; not intended for use near heat, flame, or sparks.

    Intended Use

This protective garment is ideal for situations requiring both high visibility and dry particle protection. Common work environments include:

    Waste Sorting and Recycling
    High-Traffic Industrial Maintenance
    Railway and Road Construction
    Demolition, Clean-up & Light Decontamination
General Industrial Safety Where Visibility Is Critical

Not suitable for environments with significant liquid chemical exposure or flammable risks. For enhanced chemical protection, consider alternatives like Tychem® series garments.
