Description
The VMKF70 Dazzle Winter Coat delivers high-end protection for workers exposed to winter hazards, arc-flash energy, and low-visibility outdoor environments. Designed for demanding industrial settings, it combines a durable FR cotton canvas exterior with a waterproof, breathable membrane to block wind, snow, and moisture. The insulated FR lining helps maintain warmth in temperatures down to –20°C while still allowing mobility during long shifts. With its high-coverage design, reflective visibility elements, and purpose-built storage options, this winter coat offers a dependable layer of protection for crews who need to stay safe, warm, and visible throughout the cold season.
Key Features
Durable FR shell construction: 99% FR cotton canvas with laminated waterproof/breathable membrane (5000 mm / 3000 mvp) keeps out wind, snow, and moisture.
Cold-weather insulation: FR cotton lining paired with modacrylic/polyester insulation maintains body heat in winter conditions down to –20°C.
4" FR K-Brite reflective tape: Enhances visibility and improves low-light recognition during night shifts or poor weather.
High-strength heat-sealed seams: Reinforce weatherproofing and extend product durability in harsh field use.
Detachable hood with reflective trim: Adds adjustable coverage and maintains visibility when head protection is needed.
Functional pocket layout: Three front flap pockets and a dedicated gas-detector pocket help keep tools and monitors accessible.
Integrated radio support: Two radio straps secure communication devices for hands-free operation.
High collar and protected zipper: Improve thermal protection and block wind penetration around the neck and closure area.
Intended Use
This winter coat is intended for professionals working outdoors in cold climates where thermal insulation, arc-flash resistance, and high-visibility performance are required. It is designed to maintain worker safety and comfort during prolonged winter operations.
