These firefighter gloves are made of abrasion and cut-resistant leather. They are ergonomically shaped to fit the hand, and the coating is waterproof. These gloves refuse to harden or stiffen and remain soft / pliable after repeated use. They use a thermal urethane vapor barrier that has a proprietary formulation specifically designed for the fire service. They also have a Kovenex thermal shield for excellent protection against heat. In addition, they are NFPA 1971 certified.
