The 3M™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator is a belt-mounted respirator unit that helps provide a level of air flow that surpasses NIOSH requirements. Depending on the headgear and cartridge, the airflow ranges from 7.0-9.5 CFM. The unit is lightweight and weighs only 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg), and has a life of up to 1000 hours.
