Mr. Montero has more than 7 years of experience as a trainer consultant specializing in work at heights. He is a well-known consultant with a wide range of interventions in various industries, including the industrial sector, telecommunications, mining, and the seaway. As a result, he has a great knowledge of the field reality and issues related to the management of work at heights. Thus, the training he provides are very applied and relevant to the reality experienced in organizations. He offers very dynamic and interactive training in French, English and even Spanish.
Normand St-Aubin
Advisor Trainer
Normand St-Aubin has an academic background in civil engineering and joined the SPI team in 2012 as a training consultant. Since then, Mr. St-Aubin has been offering his expertise on several projects with clients from different business sectors.
Darryl Orser
Training Services Manager
Mr. Darryl Orser has been with Industrial Solutions Management as a Fall Protection and Confined Space professional for the last eight years. He has vast training and consulting experience related to Fall Protection, Confined Space and Rescue. Mr. Orser has trained thousands of people and has performed thousands of audits and assessments.
His Health and Safety experience spans more than 20 years, of which many have been spent training, consulting and in technical writing developing safe operating and work procedures as well as rescue plans. He has been involved in the field of confined spaces for nearly a decade, as a training manager, auditor, rescue team leader, supervisor, and rescue specialist. His combined experience in consulting and hands-on site management gives him a great perspective of all the Confined Space issues. He can understand the requirements of the regulation but also to translate them into adequate and acceptable practices.
