SPI HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCLUDED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ABELL GROUP CONFIRMING THE SALE OF ITS FIRE PROTECTION DIVISION
SPI Health and Safety (SPI) is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with the Abell Group (ABG) in which SPI will sell to ABG its fire protection division.
With this agreement, under the ownership of AGB, and under the Everguard Fire and Safety brand, the customers of the Fire Protection Division will benefit from a broader product and solutions offering.
