It serves as proof that the individual has the necessary skills to identify, assess, and control risks specific to their work environment.
- A health and safety certificate is essential to ensure that workers understand and apply best practices in workplace safety, reducing the risks of accidents and incidents. Additionally, it helps employers comply with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring employee safety and the company’s legal compliance.
- Yes, upon completing the training, each participant receives an official certificate or proof confirming the successful completion of the course. This document can be used as evidence of compliance for your employer or during a regulatory inspection.
- According to the CSA Z1009 standard, a training certificate is valid for 36 months. However, provincial legislation or the employer may enforce stricter requirements.
- If you lose your certificate, you can request a copy from our team. We maintain a record of all completed training sessions and can provide proof of training or a replacement certificate upon request. Please note that administrative fees may apply for issuing a duplicate.
- Our lockout/tagout training programs, compliant with the requirements of the CSA Z460 standard, are recognized across Canada in both federal and provincial legal contexts.
