Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling or cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• More than 10 business days: no penalty.
• 10 to 6 business days: 50% of the fees.
• Less than 5 business days: 100% of the fees.

Absence or Lateness Policy:

Lateness to training sessions will not be tolerated.

SPI Health and Safety reserves the right to cancel the training if the minimum required number of participants is not reached. In such cases, the registration fees will be fully refunded to participants enrolled at the time of cancellation.

SPI Health and Safety limits registration to 12 participants per group.

SPI Health and Safety is accredited by Emploi-Québec and holds the accreditation number: 0057488.
