    Description

    The Flame Retardant and Arc Flash Winter Jacket is designed to deliver exceptional safety and comfort in extreme working conditions. Crafted with 99% flame-retardant cotton and a durable antistatic fabric, this jacket provides advanced protection against electric arcs and hydrocarbon flash fires. Engineered to withstand temperatures as low as -20°C, it incorporates 4” FR K-Brite reflective tape for superior visibility, making it ideal for hazardous and cold environments. With a detachable hood, multiple functional pockets, and waterproof, breathable fabric, this jacket is both practical and protective.

    Key Features:

    Flame Retardant Fabric: Made from 99% flame-retardant cotton (280 gsm) and 1% antistatic material, laminated with a waterproof and breathable membrane (5000mm/3000mvp).
    Insulation and Lining: 100% flame-retardant cotton lining (170 gsm) paired with 85% modacrylic and 15% polyester insulation (200 gsm) for exceptional warmth.
    High-Visibility Reflective Tapes: 4” FR K-Brite reflective tapes enhance visibility, meeting CSA Z96-22 Class 2, Level 2 standards.
    Detachable Hood: Comes with a hood featuring reflective tape for additional protection and visibility.
    Weather Resistance: Waterproof heat-sealed seams provide durability and keep the jacket dry in wet conditions.
    Functional Pockets:
    Three front pockets with flaps for secure storage.
    A dedicated pocket for a gas detector.
    Enhanced Fit and Accessibility:
    High collar for extra protection against wind and cold.
    Zipper with a protective flap, plus an internal zipper for embroidery access.
