SPI Health and Safety expands its service offering in Ontario.
SPI Health and Safety is proud to announce the acquisition of Industrial Solutions Management Inc (ISM). This acquisition strengthens our specialized solutions and services offering in Ontario while presenting an opportunity to start exploring the American market.
Located in Azilda in Ontario and Port Edwards in Wisconsin, ISM is dedicated to providing its customers with superior quality health and safety services in areas such as fall protection, confined space, rescue and mobile equipment. ISM implements solutions to improve risk management and reduce costs for any industry, but mainly for the railway industry, construction, mining and manufacturing sector. The company is providing turnkey solutions to increase productivity and profitability in a diligent and professional manner.
“Our company is a consortium of qualified and experienced personnel. It includes administrators, former plant managers, production superintendents, health and safety directors and qualified trainers. Furthermore, ISM is accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Labour for delivering working at heights training,” indicates Dave Duval, president of Industrial Solutions Management Inc.
