The Petzl I’D® L Descender is a professional-grade rope descender designed for experienced rope access technicians and rescue personnel requiring controlled descent, work positioning, and rescue capabilities. Engineered for use on fixed ropes, the I’D® L combines advanced safety functions with intuitive operation to simplify rope work in demanding environments. Its ergonomic handle delivers precise descent control, while the anti-panic function automatically stops descent if excessive force is applied. Designed for rescue applications and technical rope systems, the I’D® L also incorporates an AUTO-LOCK function, anti-error catch, and reinforced wear components for enhanced efficiency and long-term durability.
