Jon Eichman is 3M’s Fall Protection Sales Training Manager for the United States and Canada. In this role, Jon helps train 3M’s team of Fall Protection Specialists and 3M’s Channel Partners to be the best fall protection resources in the industry. Jon serves on the advisory board for the Minnesota Safety County, Emerging Safety Professionals Group and is the Chapter Vice President of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Northwest Chapter. Prior to his current role, Jon was a Fall Protection and Safety Specialist for 3M, covering Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota for five years. Jon spends most of his time outside of work with his family, remodeling his farmhouse, hunting, fishing, and exercising.
