All associates receive training in the latest tools and techniques that is catered to the needs of the organization and the associate in SPI’s state-of-the-art training facility.  SPI also provides training in soft skills such as Project Management, Communication and Quality awareness.   All new hires go through training in HR and quality procedures including spiProject® – SPI’s web-based project management tool.  The duration of the training ranges between one week for new hires with prior experience and two months for fresh graduates.  Fresh graduates also receive six months of on the job training.
