Software Paradigms International, Inc. (SPI) is an IT and Business Process Consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. SPI actively provides world class custom application development, system maintenance and production support, QA and business process support to a large sophisticated customer set. SPI is technically proficient in Enterprise Client-Server Systems, Mainframe Legacy Systems, and Web Technology Systems found in large enterprises and mid-sized organizations. SPI has been assessed as SEI CMMI Level 5 and is ISO 9001 certified. Over 70% of our project managers are PMP certified and we make it a practice to hire and use Six Sigma within our organization and on our projects. In delivering a range of IT solutions, SPI has garnered extensive Industry/Business Process expertise in a number of domains : Retail, Financial Services, Transportation, Government, Logistics, Insurance, Hospitality and Software Publishing/Reselling. To date, SPI has completed well over 500 IT projects within the last 10 years and over 80 within the last 3. SPI is a small business, woman and minority owned, and meets or exceeds requirements of this solicitation for small andsmall woman-owned participation.

 

Quality Assurance

SPI's processes are designed to continually improve the quality of our customer support. SPI has demonstrated our ability to follow and optimize process internally and for our customers by being assessed at the CMMI Level 5.

To this end, SPI will carry out the following QA strategies for the SeaPort-e contract :

  • Provide timely and accurate financial accounting and reporting
  • Maintain close coordination with its customers through the Program and Task Managers.
  • Provide direct access to top SPI management to acquire any resources required to provide a quality product to the customer.
  • Empower employees to work with minimal layers of supervision, allowing employees to adjust their priorities to the technical requirements of the task.
  • Continuously improve its corporate support processes, enhance our skill base, cost controls, accountability, reporting procedures, customer relations, and contract compliance.

Tec-Masters, Inc. (TMI), a CMMI Level-2 and ISO 9001:2000 registered corporation, is a full service systems engineering company with experienced personnel, expertise and domain knowledge necessary to meet growing needs of the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps. TMI provides engineering and technical support services for research and development, modeling and simulation (M&S), weapons technology, missile defense, conditioned-based maintenance (CBM), systems engineering/technical assistance (SETA), training, distance learning, multimedia services, and fleet support for 21-century Warfighters.

Tec-Masters is fully qualified in 21 functional areas across all seven (7) Zones specified in SeaPort-e statement of work (SOW) requirements and has provided nearly 20 years of continuous support to the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of the Navy (DoN), Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWCTSD) Orlando, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme, and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) through various GSA vehicles, prime contracts, and subcontracts. Each of these large contracts requires TMI to continue working with large teams in direct support of tasks within DoD, its agencies, and other related activities.

Tec-Masters' experience working with integrated project teams (IPTs) has generated a very successful collaborative, organizational, and administrative infrastructure required to perform work with many IPTs many of whom have worked with Tec-Masters on contracts integrally related to DoD, DoN, or Navy Virtual SYSCOM product areas and missions.
