SPI Team
IT Professionals
SPI's Human Resources Department selects the most capable and qualified candidates based on academic and professional qualifications, tests and interviews. Less than 5% of applicants that apply are selected, and over 95% of SPI employees have degrees in Engineering or Advanced Computer Science.
New Hires undergo training in the company's state-of-the-art facility in Mysore, India and learn to utilize SPI's project tools, such as spiProject® to adhere to the company's globally-renowned process methodologies.
Apart from professional training, employees train on soft skills, such as business practices and communication, and adhere to client-specific training sessions on an as-needed basis.
Project Managers
SPI employs PMP-Certified Project Managers to drive and facilitate all aspects of the SDLC, such as software development, application support, system maintenance, integration solutions, BI tool and system implementation and software testing.
Project Managers work onsite at multiple client locations throughout the United States and come from a variety of management and technical concentrations.
In addition to daily and long-term project management, SPI Project Managers ensure smooth resource conversions and deliveries. The company has built a specialized practice transitioning onsite work offshore and Project Managers have extensive experience migrating offshore work performed by outside vendors to SPI.
