John M. Cook is the Chairman of SPI US Board. Most recently, John was at the helm of Profit Recovery Group (PRG), which he founded in 1991. He guided PRG from a small enterprise with $5 million in annual revenues into an international, publicly held corporation with 2002 revenues of approximately $460 million. John was instrumental in merging the world's two largest recovery audit firms, PRG and Howard Schultz & Associates to form PRG-Schultz, the world leader in recovery auditing, with operations in more than 40 countries.

John is actively involved in the Atlanta community, serving on the board of trustees of the city's Woodruff Arts Center and on the board of directors of the High Museum of Art. He is a member of the advisory board of Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Boston based Open Learning Exchange, The Carter Center's board of councilors, and the board of directors of Atlanta-based CryoLife, Inc. He has also set up sizable charitable organizations in Bangkok, Thailand and Nepal. In honor of his commitment to furthering education, SLU's school of business was renamed the John Cook School of Business.

K.K. Mookerji is the Chairman of Software Paradigms Infotech's (SPI) Board. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight over SPI India's operations and advises the management on issues key to the health of the organization. SPI's Chairman traditionally operates in a non executive capacity.

Prior to joining SPI as the MD of the company in 1997, K.K.Mookerji had worked in CFTRI (Central Food Technological Research Institute) for about 40 years as a senior scientist. His passion for the company has been integral to SPI's success. His rich and vast experience in various leadership positions has helped him build the company from a small start up to one of the leading IT companies of Mysore. Mr. Mookerji's visionary ideas at SPI brought in a lot of employee-friendly policies to the organization during his tenure as MD. Mr. Mookerji also successfully acquired and built SPI's wholly owned facilities in Gokulam and Hebbal which today house over 1000 knowledge workers.

Mr. K.K.Mookerji was awarded the Rashtriya Udyog Ratan Award for 2005 and recognized as "Top Industrialist of Mysore" by Rotary International.

Sid Mookerji is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SPI, a company he co-founded in 1994. Heading up an organization that employs more than 1000 workers in various locations, Sid’s responsibilities include: creating a vision for the company’s future and setting the daily course for the company’s product and service delivery to clients. Sid’s top priority is building and executing strategic plans to help make SPI’s services more customer-centric and profitable. Committed to building and maintaining a customer-focused IT services organization using an offshore/correct-shore development model, Sid enables technologies and processes to maximize productivity and quality, designing enterprise-wide systems to make executing large projects more transparent and predictable. Holding a strong belief in SPI’s people, he uses enlightened HR practices where frontline leaders train and help retain a viable, committed and productive workforce.

Sid’s experience includes founding and growing SPI – a multi-location global software solutions organization with its state-of-the-art communications and brick-and-mortar infrastructures, human resources, marketing, and Web-based systems to rationalize and expedite delivery mechanisms. Sid’s best example? Their proprietary project management tool, spiProject^�, was created by SPI to provide clients with a real-time portal into all aspects of their projects’ management. Projects that are guided onsite by SPI’s US-based project managers working in harmony with teams offshore, yielding the ideal blend of “correct-shoring”.

Prior to founding SPI, Sid held positions with several large, highly respected and well-known IT players in the offshore outsourcing space.

Ms. Sophie Mookerji, President and majority shareholder of Software Paradigms International Inc has several years of experience in the IT industry. She founded SPI with Sid Mookerji in 1994.

Ms. Mookerji manages the day-to-day operations of SPI from an administrative viewpoint. She leads the corporate leadership team responsible for building the vision for SPI's growth and organizing the resources to successfully implement that vision into reality. Sophie has brought a lot of her breadth of experience and vision into making SPI a very successful organization.
