Personnel Information System
Personnel Information maintains the 360 degree information of the employee. It captures the employee information such as biographic detail, educational qualifications, work experiences, service history, medical detail, leave information and so on. It gives clear picture of each employee to analyze his/her specific job description, performance result, training and development, educational qualifications, work experiences etc. The following are the major functionalities of Personnel Information Module.
Personal Detail : Keeps track of employee name, date of birth, address, family detail, nominee detail and other personal information
Family Detail : Captures the family detail of the employee
Educational Detail : Provides a platform to capture academic qualifications of employees thereby making easy to scan human resources based on particular degree, specialization, institution, country of study and so on
Training Detail : Maintains the employee training repository within or outside the organization
Service History : Captures all the historical events of employee during his/her service period in chronological order. These historical service events might be, but not limited to, Appointment, Transfer, Promotion, Placement, Deputation, Retirement, and Termination.
Employment Status : Maintains the employment status of the employee as per the workforce management strategies on workforce diversity (permanent, temporary, contractual etc)
Language : Maintains the repository of employee’s languages with proficiency level
Award : Captures the awards received by employee from the office or outside.
Disciplinary Actions : Captures the disciplinary actions taken to the employees
Dynamic Letter Generation : Automates HR administration with the ability to design letter template by users themselves and quickly generate the letter of any event.
Documents : Maintains the repository of all the electronic documents related to a particular employee so that HR department and employee himself/herself can download it anytime.
