SPI Will Share Retail Insight and Solutions at Vendor Compliance Federation's Spring Conference

On April 10th through April 13th, SPI and leading retailers throughout North America will attend the Vendor Compliance Federation's Spring Conference, Speed to Market, in Ft. Lauderdale,Florida.

As a part of the event, SPI and Hudson's Bay Company will take the stage for a joint session entitled Improving Vendor Relations through Optimized Tradeflow on Tuesday April 12th from 3:55 to 4:45 pm.

During the presentation, the organizations will highlight industry trends regarding the retailer-vendor dynamic and talk through how Tradeflow Optimization,SM one of SPI's solutions, helps retailers increase efficiencies within the retail back office. For its part, Hudson's Bay Company will shed light on various scenarios where the Canadian retailer has elected to focus enhancement efforts within procurement and along the supply chain, as well as share with attendees the resulting successes and challenges they have experienced.

"This is my third time attending a VCF event, but it's our first time at the podium," said Jack Robinson, SPI's Vice President of Sales. "We're excited by this opportunity because VCF has created an intimate environment where retailers and vendors can have an open dialogue and candidly discuss opportunities and pain points, and that's really how we all become better."

SPI chose to partner with VCF because VCF's mission centers on collaboration, a critical component of what SPI and Tradeflow Optimization are all about.

"There's no doubt in my mind that the content will be rich, and attendees will walk away with ideas and innovation that they can apply within their own organizations," said Robinson. "The beauty of these events is that the best minds come together to build and improve on the work that other retailers are carrying out. They're able to see, with all of the commonalities and the juggling of projects within similar companies, how their peers are prioritizing."

As a follow up to the spring conference, SPI will expand on its session and provide more detailed information on the various facets of Tradeflow Optimization through a series of VCF webinars.
