SPI all set for restructuring

Software Paradigms Private Limited (SPI), a software solutions and consultancy company from Mysore, is getting ready for major restructuring.
A team of experts from SPI, US led by CEO Sid Mookerji and COO Bill Blackstone is visiting the offshore centre here to interact with the members of the top management and suggest changes in the company’s policies and structure needed for major overhauling of the company, a press release said here.
The decision for restructuring comes in view of SPI adding a new name to its list of clients. The Software application to be developed for this US major would be used by many Fortune 500 companies around the world, the release said. “SPI is involved in the full cycle of the project from analysis/design to the test plan execution stage,” it said. SPI will be recruiting its required workforce through campus interviews.
