SPI gets new Campus


Mysore: Software Paradigms (India) (SPI), the home grown 100 percent export oriented software development company, on Friday announced SPICity, its new campus located at Hebbal industrial area. The new facility has 60,000 sq feet built up area which can accommodate 1,000 professionals.

The new facility will be inaugurated on Saturday. The First phase of Rs 80 Crore project that is expected to be in place by 2009 will be used to carry out operations in customized software development and maintenance. Software product development along with BPO activities. The new campus is completed at a cost of Rs 20 crore. “We except exceptional growth in next five years in terms of number of clients and employees. Therefore we have in place an aggressive growth plan,” Software Paradigms International CEO SID Mookerji told reporters on Friday. SPI is the offshore development unit of US-based Software Paradigms Internbational.

Karnataka IT secretary M.K. Shankaralinge Gowda will inaugurate the new facility. STPI director B.V. Naidu will preside. The IT company has planned a Yoga center, amphitheatre, a cricket groundand a food court at its new campus.
