SPI to recruit work force through campus interviews


Software Paradigms (I) Private Limited is gearing up for a major restructuring to add new names to the list of its clients across the world.

The software application to be developed by SPI for Software Paradigms International, USA, will be used by 500 companies around the globe. It is now involved in the project from analysis and design to test plan and execution stage.

The SPI has also proposed to recruit its required work force through campus interviews while the Human Resources Development Department would be visiting IITs and top ranking colleges in various parts of the country for its BPO unit during the recruitment process. Besides, it has plans to increase its work force to 3000 by 2005 for its ITES activities registered under ‘Specialized Process Innovation Private Limited’.

An expert team from SPI, USA, headed by CEO Sid Mookerji and Chief Operating Officer Bill Blackstone will be visiting the Centre shortly to discuss with members of the top management to suggest changes in the company’s policies and structure essential for major overhauling.
