SPI's Facilities

SPI leverages an onshore/offshore business model to deliver quality IT solutions. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, the company's offshore facilities are located in Mysore, India.


Atlanta

SPI headquarters is located on the 5th floor of the Queen Building in Atlanta, GA. Corporate employees operate from these facilities, while the majority of Global Engagement Mangers work on-site at client locations.

Canada

SPI's Canadian office is the offshore IT firm's second corporate headquarters in North America. Opened in October 2009, SPI Canada is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Software Paradigms International and the location through which SPI delivers retail IT services to Canadian corporations.

Kathmandu, Nepal

SPI Nepal, formerly Worldlink Technologies, provides solutions to industries ranging from healthcare to government. It is the most recent addition to SPI's locations and serves as SPI's third offshore development center.

Mysore, India

The Mysore office park sits on a 100,000 square foot campus. Within its facilities, SPI has built various amenities, including a cafeteria, library, multi-media training facility, food court, cricket ground, gymnasium, amphitheater and yoga center. The buildings, in addition to providing workspace for over 1,500 employees, house SPI's continuous offshore energy supply through UPS and generators.

New Zealand

SPI's New Zealand office is tied to SPI’s office in Sydney and delivers recovery audit solutions to a sizeable client base within that region.

Singapore

Our Singapore office works in tandem with the London office in servicing the Eurasia. Opened in 2009, this location has been successful in deploying SPI solutions to the Asian retail market.

Sydney

SPI's Australian office serves as the base operations for recovery audit solutions for Australia and New Zealand.


Infrastructure

Operating a 24 x 7 business that spans the globe requires a robust infrastructure that adapts to the ever-changing needs of our clients.

At SPI, we have designed our infrastructure to meet constantly evolving needs. We utilize technologies, such as Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Video Conferencing, Instant Messaging and Data Conferencing to ensure that our resources work together and with our clients.

In our offshore facilities, we have multiple levels of power protection which include:
  • Protected commercial power feed on premise
  • UPS power to all work areas, with N+1 protection so that even our power protection has protection
  • Multiple diesel generators, each capable of carrying the full load of our facility

Additionally, we have partnered with premiere telecom companies on two continents to design and implement a world class networking environment. In the U.S., our partner is AT&T, and we have positioned all critical network assets in QTS's hosting center.
